Laz, The main problem today, is the global corporations that don't give a rats ass what happens to their employees. Their actions, and attitudes, are going to, seriously, mess things up for the medium size businesses.

I might add that the usual American consumer has become numb to the plight of workers, and have accepted goods that are below the quality they should be. This gives the global companies a bigger profit, and the belief that they can put any old kind of product on the market, and the stupid consumers will buy it.

Oral has a union. Somehow, I dont' think he had much choice in the matter, and it is certainly no reflection on him as an employer.
