In my opinion, the 43-101 regulations are not worth the TP they may be written on. Investors should be aware that these regulations do not mean much of anything in the real world, and are not much different than a few years ago. A technical report is really a false sense of security. If in doubt, one should get some info from a board such as this one with some independent ideas (a 43-101 is far from independent in reality) or from a newsletter writer (that may not be independent also!!). Let the buyer beware!!
