If nations operate on the same principle that too many humans employ in their interpersonal relationships, it would behoove us to either remove or equally arm nations, so that there is not an imbalance that embolden those with the superior weapons to use them on those that do not. Would a husband beat his wife is he knew his wife would either shoot him with a gun or beat it in return? Would a man molest a young girl if he knew the young girl could defend herself and he would be seriously hurt in return? len
