Evidently you haven't had any seminar or long term workshops in drugs vs alcohol....Alcohol generally takes 20 years or more to become addicted...

I sure hope you didn't pay good money for that seminar... <g>

Addiction can occur rapidly with alcohol. Physical dependence takes longer- but in people who are predisposed, addiction can take a very short time.

20 YEARS? You've got to be kidding. There are 12 year olds addicted to alcohol. How do you suppose THAT happens?
