I do not deny that the ACLU is imperfect in how it plays its role--including the fact that it often does not understand its role. It can get too full of itself just like every other player.

Prayer, flag, thirteen year old abortion without parent consent etc. The ACLU doesn't fight for the little guy as you suggest.

I disagree with you on that. Those things, IMO, are predominantly about rights protection for the little guy.

Well then there are always causes that are not only not politically correct but may be questionable.. I am not for 13 year olds having abortions without parental consent.
