Anybody that immediately tries to bait me with a stupid bet anonymously immediately impresses me as an idiot and a phoney I did not bait you you called me a phoney directly after I said that 50% return wasnt a big deal, in light of other assets. Why is it ok and brag about your house sale and mock the bears here? When someone calls you to task they are a phoney? FYI Ive been going to the hamptons since I was 5 yrs old. I remember when amaganset actually was actually dunes and not houses on top of each other. Until last year Ive spent every summer in the hamptons. Now that my daughter is going to camp me wifey and Julian(2yr old) spent july and Aug in Cap ferat and Cap'dantibes. If you want insane investement in RE buy a house there. There really aint no more land like that Hamptons has turned into a cesspool IMHO to many aholes walkin arround, to crowded, to much trafic. However there aint anywhere as pretty in NY. Where is that house? looks like shelter iland or north haven
