People do not have sufficient information to test the veracity of the campaign ads. One method of cleaning up the campaign would be to allow for lawsuits if a campaign ad can be shown to be deceptive, regardless of who or what organization runs the ad. There would have to be a provision that makes the actual sponsors financially responsible so that there isn't just a bankrupt PAC at the end of the suit.
