Hi Ben,

Speed of light is ~300 meters per microsecond.

93 microseconds is the round-trip time for a 10 mile link.

The standard is not correct in defining aAirPropogationTime, it should be round-trip time, not one way.

30 miles is the horizon line of sight, are you using towers?
