NASD says 1,882 people who took its exam in the last 14 months to qualify as a stockbroker actually passed but were initially said to have failed because of a software error. More than 1,000 of those affected have already retaken the exam and passed.

Anyone care to make some predictions for 2006. High, low and close for the indices?
My guess:
Dow 11300, 8500, 9000
Nasdaq 2400, 1600, 1800
