You understand and have experienced discrimination. You were probably more harmed by it than I was. I was part owner of a business by then. One man I used to work with is African American. He complained about a white employee that loved to display found items. A child's doll found in his parking lot got hung up in a work area not visible to customers. The AA employee complained that the junk collector was being racially insensitive for hanging up a black doll. Now the complainer is a supervisor and the only qualified applicant for certain jobs just happen to be African Americans. Dave stripped html from profiles. Your photo stopped displaying when he did so. I suspect it was because of truly offensive photos put up by people like SoupAl.
