I see a cycle of violence, if you will, that was started by Limbaugh

LOL! Come on Karen, I know you're smarter than that. Think back to when Limbaugh first went national in 1990 or thereabouts. In those pre-internet days there were no conservative voices except for a few periodicals. He was simply a response to the leftism that was on the march in media and academe at the time.

Karen, do you remember the "Left" during the sixties and early seventies?? I wouldn't call them peaceful. All Rush has ever done is get back into their face verbally, pointing out their many foibles. It's the left who coined the term "direct action".

A cycle of violence? Do you mean verbal fisticuffs? <g> IMO, Limbaugh has been very good for Jane and Joe voter. He presents a view "not ever", if rarely presented, by the MSM networks. There are at least two sides to a political issue as far as I'm concerned. He gives his listeners one, MSM gives the other.

Violence started with Limbaugh. What a joke analysis. Limbaugh clearly dissects to abject stupidity or flat out dishonesty of liberal positions. He has a way with words that make the truth clear to any thinking person. clinton was a totally dishonest disgusting person. clinton was a user, abuser and betrayer of individuals. Limbaugh simply explained it in no uncertain terms.

Clearly I have to conclude you have never listened to Limbaugh.

President Bush is a good honest and decent man who is attempting to do his best.

There is a clear difference between anger and dementia. The left is all about dementia.

Violence is a bit two strong of term in my opinion for verbal bashing.

And its not like even the extreme verbal bashing was either started by Limbaugh or reached its apex with him. There were people who did it before him, (One example, more symbolic then verbal was the anti-goldwater add where a girl holding a flower obliterated by a mushroom cloud. That was long before anyone knew who Limbaugh was), and there are people on both sides who are worse.
