"Feminazi" was never "shouted." He used it humorously to make a valid point about the feminist movement. National Association for Women, "Now," became National Association for Gals, "Nag," in the same way. It was his ability to get under the skin of the left with humor that drove them nuts.

I understand all that, Bill. What he intended is one thing. What happened as a result is another. I'm dealing with what happened.

What happened is that a lot of ordinary people were engaged, which is a good thing, and a a lot of ordinary people found comfort and companionship, which is also a good thing. What also happened is the public acceptability of dumbed down and hyped discourse on both ends of the political spectrum. Just because he never shouted "feminazi" and just because he meant it playfully doesn't mean that he didn't cause something else to happen.
