2006 is shaping up to be a good year for the Dems. I wonder if they can manage to remember that we live in the US of A and not the ghost of the Soviet Union.

The government has become corrupt, oppressive and untrustworthy. In that, progressives and cloth coat republicans and the occasional whacked-out whining libertarian can come together.
