Please give us an example of the horror of this where it includes the warrant- so we can all see it. I haven't seen that. What I've heard, and I heard it here, too, is a lot of fussing about eavesdropping against US citizens without mention of warrants one way or the other. So there's no way to tell if they just neglected to mention the warrant caveat or whether they are averse to the snooping, period. This is particularly at issue in the data mining arena, less so the wiretapping arena.
