One thing I am sure of - just about no one who holds elective office in America today has shown any real interest in small government or limited government the last five years. When I hear the phrase now, I automatically write the person off as a hypocrite and a liar. The question is why voters keep voting for the same schmucks who lie to their face, pick their pocket and go party hearty with taxpayer funds? Beats me. Tax and spend, borrow and spend, lie and spend, it's all the same con job in the end.
