I don't really follow this one but if the o/s had increased by 50% over the past month, I'd think the stock would be going down. Looks like it bottomed out at .0036 within the past month and just closed today at .0062 so I'm not sure how cognoscenti can be so "sure" it's a pump n dump.

Maybe there's some new theory out there, that dumping shares causes the price to go up?

LOL

It looks like Judy got gagged too

Yes, of course you may call PLNI to get the "real" o/s before you reply. Ask for Judy.

Jack,

As you I discussed on the phone earlier, I am not in receipt of any knowledge regarding O/S Shares or any other stock matter. Whom ever said that I was the one to call was in gross error. I do not have the info that is wanted and if I did, it is not my place to give out this information.

I am including an email I sent out a bit earlier this morning that might be helpful. See below.

Thank you Jack for your patients(sic) and assistance.

I am sending this email out to several that know who I am and hope you will understand and help me. I am sending this email as BCC to each of you, with the main mail message going to Rodney Marvel of Big Apple Consulting.

I need to be able to do my job at Plasticon International. I have a very big work load and would very much appreciate it you gentleman would help when it comes to the board messages that say “call Judy”. Please ask that they not call me, I spend a great amount of time trying to explain to these people that I cannot discuss the company with them, that I miss business related calls, I don’t get tasks completed that are part of my job and I end up upsetting those individuals that were told to call me only to find out that I can not tell them what they want to hear.

Please send them to either Rodney Marvel, a fine gentleman at Big Apple Consulting, who is head of our Investor Relations. His number is 407-884-0444.

I would love to talk to each and every investor that calls because I believe in this company as much as they do, but it just isn’t possible and I will not defy the rules set for me in this matter.

Respectfully,

Judy Paynter
Executive Assistant

That is important since the bashers stated that they had called the TA and got a 3.7B O/S number from them. That was a fraudulent and misleading statement.

Grist for the mill.

I note with pleasure..

That the pinksheets information page that was "expected to be updated" as posted by the bashers yesterday reads as follows today:

Authorized shares: 5B
Outstanding shares: 2.3B
Current Float: 690M

Also, yesterday I and several others called First American Transfer (602-245-5252), the TA for PLNI. They confirmed their policy to pass all queries along to the issuer, and not give info on A/S, O/S, and Float ON ANY OF THEIR STOCKS.

That is important since the bashers stated that they had called the TA and got a 3.7B O/S number from them. That was a fraudulent and misleading statement. Shortsinthesand and Yardslave posted that data here. Futher the bashers implied that the comapny had "gaged the TA" and that was a "red flag." The company gaged no one. The TA policy trancends the companies involved. All companies registred with First American apparently receive the same treatment.
