rrufff, That's easy! I have been long now for over seven months and one purchase I made in August was when the CEO announced he was retiring 200 million shares. I of course thought this was great news with the Audit "almost complete" at the time so I decided to average up into this strenght at .0182. Consequently the price fell over 80% and for 5 months the CMF was negative with an average of 2 positive prs per week. When they updated the pinsheets.com we had an increase of half a billion shares for a net increase of 300 million after the CEO claimed he retired 200 million. Also CEO increased the AS from 2 bil to 5 bil? Very Deceitful business practice! When you are making public announcements that you retiring and lowering the share structure! IMO Since the December 7th update in pink sheets PLNI has traded 1,800,000,000 shares with a float of only 680 million shares.
