The [Apple MacBook Pro] notebooks at pretty cool, but they are expensive and I hear from some tech savvy folk that the OS X runs on any normal PC too with a little tweaking. So there is no need to pay $1000+ if the Intel HT machines trade as low as $500. That's one valid way of looking at it.
