I might just call/email CGE again just for the haha to see what they have to say about imminent land purchases.

About TK: yes, another day or two of trading action like today and I might just bail on half my position. I do wonder if this morning's seller was somebody spooked by recent chatter about Peru's upcoming election and the "political risk" issue. IMO, both BCM and TK are very likely to weather any change in government or other so-called "political risks" quite well--BCM property is in an out of the way place, both BCM and TK management have taken pains to develop good relations with the community and politically active elements. And they are both small operations, even if they have an outsized position in some of our portfolios.

But, please, nobody buy, hold, or sell on my opinion.
