I have an MA in international politics and although i never practiced, i do have some knowledge on the subjects discussed. I have less info that i would like but I am reasonably bright. My problem is that when i was at U of Chicago, the debates were fierce but never did one lose friends while debating. I was watching Alito hearings yesterday and watched the dems try to kill a guy who at any other time in our history would be confirmed 100-0. It is shocking how partisan its all gotten. Now if someone supports policies you dont agree with call him a war criminal or an anti american. The left wants bush in jail for wiretapping but they also want bush in jail for not wiretapping pre-9/11 so it could have prevented. Its all bizarre to me. The problem with the ignore function is not its occasional use for the likes of rn but its frequent use for hundreds of posters who spew hate and post garbage. Mike
