Probably. I note that he doesn't seem to be concerned over the jamming of the phone banks in New Hampshire, which was a much larger deal than a few kids slashing some tires.

You don't understand......the jamming of phone banks was absolutely necessary to get the Republican candidate elected. That makes it legal. Need I say anything more????
