PS: We don't need to discuss women because the smartest woman is not as smart as the smartest man. We are talking genuine brainpower here, not gender neutrality and equal rights. See previous discussions. Of course, after we have finished with genetic tinkering and they don't mature earlier than men, then they might be as smart. People will reach adulthood at age 30 in the new-age humans. Imagine how cool that would be - a huge long childhood instead of the current brief period of joy before adulthood crushes the spirit and imagination. Maurice you really have a set of balls, you invited a ton of abuse there. Guess I could demo that my set is perhaps just a little smaller. I agree with one part of that, I hadn't, much to my chagrin, thought of it myself. The early maturation of women is indeed a detriment in the development of intelligence. Maturation rates for other species ties almost directly to level of intelligence. Chimps/gorillas elephants, whales, all have long maturations and they are perhaps the smarter of most animals. r P.S.
