CJ, I dunno about you, but when the employees of a large and very profitable company are the single largest block of consumers of food stamps, Medicaid and other assistance, there is a problem.

I've heard that argument before, that Wal-mart's low prices are being subsidized by government welfare programs.

Why not cut out the middleman and just hand those tax dollars over directly?

Why only Wal-mart and the three or four other companies that employ more than 10K employees in Maryland? Why not all companies?

The employees are being subsidized by the government not Walmart.
