CJ, Or ones with 2500 or 5000 employees. I dunno. That is a Maryland concern.

The reason is because it's just a political stunt. If the Maryland legislature really cared about the common folk, they would have pushed the requirement onto any business employing Marylanders.

Another case of "divide-n-conquer."
