Why the "last resort" rhetoric? How about - Put the IAEA seals back on within a week, or we are militarily destroying/bombing the facilities (and likely much of the surrounding infrastructure) within two weeks.

Its not a "last resort", its a clear demand with a clear penalty for non-compliance.
