What price would the government marijuana be sold at. High enough so that alcohol sales don't suffer. If price is high there will still be criminals selling it tax free because it is easy to grow. You would still have the gangs. BTW which country consumes lots of Ganja. Jamaica, where the criminals come from on the streets of Toronto.

It is funny, when they de-criminalized alcohol, people still made their own, but most people buy from the government outlets. Gangs, we have allowed to get too big, but that is because of our own inaction, and the inaction of our governments by their denial that they existed.

As for jamaica, well, I have no hope for jamaica. I would stop allowing immigration from jamaica, but that seems impossible.
