In some ways yes, in most ways no. It would be difficult to mistake here for there, if dropped randomly down anywhere and asked to say where one is.

That's no bad thing. I'm happy if nearly everyone doesn't want to come here. I like not too many people. The traffic is already bad enough for my liking. Which could be fixed with road construction.

I like it better if they stay in Hong Kong, earn lots of money, buy lots of cyberphones and ship the royalties and profits from ASICs, BREW etc to me, and I buy the cars, cyberphones, rice, oil, and whatever else they produce, and enjoy a nice empty country with enough mechanics to polish my hubcaps and cooks to serve lunch.

I do NOT like ElM's crazy idea of opening the border and making the place looking like a combination of Bangladesh and Iraq with numbers boosted with hordes of Colombian drug runners.
