If I were to move, I'd pay the $60 rather than spend more time hassling with them on the phone. Personally, I think they will eventually do right by us. The merger was an unGodly task to accomplish w/o a hitch, imo, and they are making a serious effort to fix things. I'll let them have a go of it.

If you have no objections, I would like to post Brownco responses to the fiasco being experienced by the HarrisDirect switchover. I e-mailed them and they responded that I will be called tomorrow regarding my stated concerns regarding the upcoming Brownco/ETrade account conversions.
