You would like Flagstaff. Boulder like climate at 7k sf.

Perhaps you'd even like Albuquerque. Nice clean town in the valley. One of best overall climates outside of coastal CA IMHO.

Falgstaff is very attractive, but it's getting expensive. It's a really cool little town though. I spent a week there last winter. Not a lot available there. Lots of art galleries, Indian art, bars and good food.

Flagstaff market is very strong. Much less than homes in Sedona.
Sedona luxury is heating up again and projected to be better than 2005.
