Yes - I saw that, but then I saw the samll 7 footnote next to it - and that footnote says:

7. This sweep option is only available to the following persons: (i) customers with $10 million or more in E*TRADE Securities brokerage accounts; (ii) clients of investment advisers that have aggregate discretionary assets of $10 million or more in E*TRADE Securities brokerage accounts; and (iii) advisory clients of affiliated investment advisers. Qualified customers should call us at 1-800-ETRADE-1 upon account opening to sign up for this option.

To get the JPM rates you need $10mm in assets. I complained about what I felt were uncompetitive rates (3.40%) and was told by the rep that he would see to it that I got into that fund even though I have a bit less than $10mm in assets with them.
