Josh, normally I would agree with you but seems to me the Congress of today is incapable of governing due to the incredible pressure from special interest groups that congressmen have come to rely on for POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS which they are desperate to have to run their campaigns to stay in office. To correct this I say we need TERM LIMITS and CONTRIBUTION LIMITS. jdn
