Not that we want to run down this road (given the clear statement during the call), but still might make sense. Classical tolerance (ha!) to an allergen is dependent on maturing an IgG response that is of sufficient oooomph to displace the IgE bad guys. If you continue to immunize, you can shoot yourself in the foot and mature the IgE response as well. Again, I don't follow the company closely. I don't know the story. But it certainly is not a GIVEN that they should see best results after challenge.
