Yes.
Any baby born automatically receives the citizenship of the father - or in some cases of the mother. I do not know of any country on Earth where this is any different.

If the baby is born in the US, however, the baby receives the US citizenship in addition to the citizenship of the father, which is received by laws of that country and independent from US laws.
