Screws are 50 cents each (times 4) plus $8 shipping and handling. "Best we can offer.....out of warranty.....so sorry" I can't wait to get my 3 follow up phone calls inquiring about my satisfaction with Dell.

The amount of time they took to argue with you (in terms of hourly wage) costs substantially more then the cost of mailing you the screws. Not to mention the good will they would have created. Add in the next supervisor's time to look into this, all because they didn't do their job correctly in the first place. Penny wise and pound foolish or in this case, penny foolish and pound -flat out stupid!
