I don't think public places can exclude people. It's the same philosophy behind the travel cases that struck down segregation. I like that sort of regulation- for public places. I don't think places of business are private places, and I think it's dangerous to think of them that way. Homes are different.

Someone being able to compel a privately owned bar to provide an environment that they consider desirable or acceptable, is about liberty?
