Someone being able to compel a privately owned bar to provide an environment that they consider desirable or acceptable, is about liberty?

I was framing it from her point of view.

I support differentiation between public (enterprise) and public (state), but an enterprise open to the public must also be differentiated from a private place, like your home. The former must allow all comers to enter even if it doesn't need to invite or satisfy all potential comers.

She's saying that if she cannot enter due to health risks, she's effectively being denied the liberty to enter. I would have agreed with her (and probably did <g>) back when conditions were more forbidding than they are now and there was a serious barrier. Just like I once supported affirmative action but now find it excessive and intrusive. I think the market can now take its course in both arenas.
