48-49

You tell that Limtex character I am looking for him<vbg>

BTW, are we going to meet at one of the annual meetings one last time? Maybe say 2008 and everyone show up regardless of current opinion/position. One last trip to TJ? For the record, I developed a pretty severe allergy to saltwater fish on the last trip and to this day cannot eat any white fish!

Cooters

PS And that is nothing compared to the taco "meat" Ramsey's buddies bought me in March.

Hedge, I finally had a few extra minutes to put your data into a spreadsheet and calculate the "Wisdom of Crowds" meets the first annual "Toaster Open"

Here are the averages: EOY 06 - $64.77 / Low - $41.97 / High $69.78

I changed anything over $44.00 back to $44.00 in the low category but it had minimal effect.

By the way, there was some speculation a couple of hundred posts back (just caught back up with my reading)about the strong open interest for the AAOBJ QCOM Feb 50 calls (70,056 today per yahoo.) I submit that the positions were opened for all the news that will be released leading up to and during the 3GSM World Congress held 13-16 Feb. I have a gut feeling that QCOM will steal the show on many levels.

Thanks for hosting the open.

Oh no! EricL has taken over the toaster from me. Or was the competition for closing price?

Sadly,
Mqurice

PS: I still own my QCOM so the increase [while it holds] is a nice consolation prize and I can afford a very swanky toaster. If I sell just a couple of shares, that will do it. If EricL wins, there will be much gnashing of teeth among some of his antagonists. GSM is Toast and EricL gets the toaster, ah, the irony.

I am reviewing the Toaster Open and I think I should be declared overall Winner. Admittedly we haven't quite reached the finishing line, but I want to get in first before too many people unignore Limtex and ruin my end of year price for QCOM of $38.42

Note only one post from Thehammer Message 22053195 - a wild guess at that, spoiling my carefully calculated 4 significant figures $38.42 with a random and meaningless end of year $38. His WAG should be ignored. $28 for a low! Absurd!!! A triple !!! absurd. He just wanted to take out the low by a slimy low-ball.

Note that 42 is the meaning of life. It is also significant thermometrically, being the triple point and freezing point and and critical point of various things [Google no doubt has the information on which things]. Also, 42 Below is a NZ vodka brand. Hmmm, I hadn't seen this one. Caution - suitable for mature audiences only. 42below.com Contains male homosexual references and images [though not pornography - it's an advertisement, which I thought was funny].

Oh now, now I have to watch all their advertisements. This one's funny too 42below.com

Also, you should ignore opportunistic Elroy who obviously opportunistically simplistically put in a low bid at just below Thehammer.

EricL's bid should be ignored too because he missed the low by too much, and it's annoying that he beat my high for the year. What's more, his end of year number is daft at $51.25 [though the Limtex effect could see him unjustly take that too].

Data-rox should be booted too as his low was pretty damn good, but look at his other figures!! Off the planet.

Anyway, cutting to the chase. I declare me the Winner of the Toaster Open.

Mqurice
