I think so too. Earlier, on this board, we used to have people talk about recession, deflation, inflation etc. (i.e economy is going to be hit badly). Recently, I'm seeing some folks saying everything is all right and are trying to advice the people on this board. Interesting. I remember myself in 2000, when I held lot of tech stocks. I used to read the "greater fools theory" and laugh at it (in fact many analysts were boldly recommending stocks based on greater fools theory!). I believe "little bit" in Bob Pretcher's social mood concept. Are these new posters a "sign of denials" in the RE?
