Native Americans need more blood from the white man who speaks with forked tongue if they want to get past fire water. If not, in a millennium or so they will have weekend out the most prone to alcoholism. I would be a fool if I pretended to know what the solutions are for Native Americans. I find the subject of interest. There is no question that lies deception and lack of honor caused Native American tribes great harm. Europeans did not know how to deal with a totally foreign culture. They did a lousy job of it. Like the problem of reparations to descendants of former slaves, I think the best solution is to destroy barriers and allow everyone as equal of a chance as we can. Those that can do will do; and they may do very well.
