OK....It certainly seemed like a lecture to me...Glad you added that bit at the end of this one....<ggg> BUT, as usual, you ignored the piece that was important...if you what to go back and see what you said, you'll know why... It does seem to me that you continue to ignore that the "capacity to deliver" any type of weapon/s, can be purchased from the countries/people that have them. i.e. We know North Korea has the missiles. They need money. They can sell the missiles to those who have the warheads. Viola.... Instant chaos.
