Yes, I agree. Didn't mean to suggest otherwise. And Congress could provide that as an entitlement, as well.

Only trying to make that point that right now there is no right or entitlement to an abortion.

What the supreme court says is constitutional, is constitutional.

What the supreme court says is constitutional gets treated as if it was constitutional, but that isn't exactly the same thing.
