My impression was that the recent CLL buy of refining assets in Montana was to ensure a supply of condensates to upgrade the SAGD output.

CLL upgrading.

I haven't heard Gusella talk to that either.

Kinda surprising if they don't have something up their sleeve though.

Their moves so far indicate a strong focus on the downstream aspects of the business.

I think I have heard speculation or rumors that they might be exploring an upgrading arrangement with Opti/Nexen...a very close neighbor.
