I wonder what would happen if a state passed a law authorizing their state troopers to ignore federal drug laws at traffic stops if they find them repugnant? They'd be in big trouble with the Justice Department, that's for sure. This is one issue on which I simply cannot find a legitimate "other side." You simply don't enter a profession or a job within that profession if there are aspects of the job you are unwilling to perform. Imagine joining the Yankees and refusing to sacrifice fly...
