Steve, I really do not know what to make of it. What I do expect now is some very frank and straight talk from Hamas about Isra'El since when..perhaps going as far back as 1880s. I think Hamas is a dangerous group of individuals in the sense that they are VERY succinct in their speech and their objectives. And they do not appear to be corrupt. Anyone, anywhere who is incorruptible is a dangerous entity. Fatah was good for Isra'El and the U.S. government who did not want resolve anything with Isra'El's crimes. So, while Fatah churned, the Isra'Elis made settlements and gathered more assets to continue their process of underming the Palestinians. Also, there is a web of perceptions at work now as the contolled American media cranks out half-truths. If European countries continue to fund the Palestinians, they would be considered traitors to the US and accused of funding terror. If Iran comes to the Palestinian's aid, they will again be accused of funding terror. But, it is perfectly alright for the U.S. to fund Isra'El with weapons of mass destruction and funds to build more settlements and to kill women and children with American weaponry. My hope is that Hamas will in fact lay off any violence and come out and speak their piece and the United States willget the hell out of the way and let the world decide what is right or what is wrong. The U.S. is an obstacle to lasting peace in Palestine because the American government has been bribed with the taxpayers own money by agents of Isra'El. We have one posting on this thread....maybe more. len
