I am not sure what the nature of the problem is but roughly 15-35% of the boys are malfunctioning.

It could be the mercury used in vaccinations about a dozen years ago.

Well, one thing gives me hope. They said the 70's generation was full of stoners and hippies and they were good for nothing. Those folks didn't turn out so bad. But at least they were politically active and somewhat intelligent. Very little can overcome a lack of a education or sheer stupidity. Look at the radical Muslims in the Middle East? That ideology is largely espoused by clerics who are educated in only the Qu'ran. How can you be smart and effective and function in today's supercompetitive world if you are uneducated and narrow-minded?

One thing I can guarantee you. My kids are going to continue to get well-educated and to participate in year round sports so they won't get fat. I've told my wife and kids this a million times: I refuse to have fat or stupid kids. If they want me off their backs, the price is simple. Study hard and exercise. :) Everything else will take care of itself.
