This is all interesting; but can anyone explain to me why the sky marshals , who pack heat and therefore could be overpowered and lose their weapons, have to wear suits or sports jackets and ties; few other passengers now do. Also they are too obvious when they pass security and then board according to what I read. They should blend in with the other passengers and board with the other passengers, so they cannot be easily spotted. This would make me feel safer rather than the goofy no fly list provisions. This sounds like some of the other smart decisions of this administration, such as ignoring Katrina.
