Do you even know what a proxy server is? Or a bot-net? You've got the technical understanding of an average HR flack at a tech company- you know all the trendy words but you are completely clueless as to what's actually going on. --------- According to webmasterworld, GOOG tracks the number of clicks from one IP address in a 20 minute period and if the amt of clicks goes over some threshold, those clicks get refunded by the buyer.
