Because the Chinese have nukes?!

Dumbya and his thugs are bullies. And bullies always pick on the weak and the defenseless. Iraq was weak and defenseless and so was attacked. North Korea was not, because they have nukes.

As for the Chinese, if Dumbya tries anything, they will send one right up his a$$ :-) So he and his bullying friends will steer clear of China!

Perhaps it is because China has been jailing their problem citizens and Iraq was raping and mass murdering them.
