you have that right...

So lets say your in church... the guy next to you cuts a big greeasy fart... do you stand up and tell him he is ill mannered and he and his whole family should leave?

Lets say a family member is caught breaking the law, speeding. Do you write an article for the local paper detailing how disgusted you are with them.

It just seems odd that one would crap in their own nest.

Now he's claiming he knows the name of the auditors but it's still a Big Secret

When a company makes audit completion the centerpiece of their business strategy and the focus of their press releases, then, by definition, knowledge of who this unnamed auditor is is material non-public information. Use of material non-public information as a factor in deciding whether to buy or sell a security is called insider trading and is against the law. In fairness to anyone who knows the auditor, the company should not be putting you in this position by not making this public where it belongs.
