Let's see if the failure to disclose a name because "people might call the auditor" to confirm the truth or otherwise of there being an audit in progress impresses the SEC.

Use of material non-public information as a factor in deciding whether to buy or sell a security is called insider trading and is against the law. In fairness to anyone who knows the auditor, the company should not be putting you in this position by not making this public where it belongs.

Come on Mitchell. I located the auditor's name in a document that PLNI published. A second person found the same thing today. Research isn't insider trading, it's research. I'm sorry that you haven't stumbled upon it yet, but you have to think out of the box on this one.

Now as for putting down Aggies, Care to play a game of football to decide who gets bragging rights? LOL
